Woman sheds 12% body fat in EIGHT weeks with this programme: ‘It is possible’

Ellie Parker, who is originally from the UK but now lives in Carrara, Italy, decided she wanted to lose weight so she took on the F45 challenge.

The lifeguard was awarded the program’s global People’s Champion, which took into account her total body weight loss and fat loss.

Before she began the challenge, Ellie started at 12st 0.4lbs and 31.7% body fat, now she weighs in at 10st 4lbs.

Writing on Instagram, she said: “I feel like a new person. I still cannot believe it, I still won’t for a while I’m just shocked.”

Ellie went on to explain that although fitness has always been her passion, she never thought she would be able to turn her life around.

But when she heard about F45’s eight-week challenge, she decided to sign up in the hopes that it might serve as the motivation she needed to get in shape.

The F45 challenge focuses on a complete lifestyle overhaul, providing workout classes, daily meal plans, goal tracking, tips, advice and information about nutrition, fitness and general wellbeing.

When it comes to the fitness aspect, F45 classes focus on “functional” training – an exercise that recreates everyday movement which involves squatting, jumping, punching and kicking.

Now Ellie’s diet consists of meals such as a banana cacao yoghurt bowl for breakfast, tuna and egg leafy salad for lunch and coconut vegetable curry for dinner.

She added: “I’d be lying if I didn’t say I gave it my all, sweating my a**e off everyday and I couldn’t have done any better.

“I hope I can help other people take the chance like I did and achieve what they thought was unimaginable, because it is possible.”
