- In her newest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper uses tweezers to extract tons of tiny blackheads on a man’s face.
- Unlike traditional tweezers, Dr. Pimple Popper’s blackhead-removing set have round edges to help grab the gunk and pull it out of the pore.
- Thanks to this tool, the derm is able to remove lots of blackheads quickly.
From the moment she steps inside her consultation room, Dr. Pimple Popper is ready for whatever squirts, spews, or oozes her way. And that’s due in part to her handy arsenal of tools, which includes (but isn’t limited to!) comedone extractors, scalpels, forceps, scissors, punching tools, and that buzzing drill-like device.
In her most recent Instagram video, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD pulls out something . new: a set of tweezers with curved edges she uses gets to work on a patient’s face dotted with blackheads. “These tweezers= #gamechanger 🙌🏻😍 Making quick work of these #blackheads! 🙌🏻❤️💥,” she wrote in the caption.

When the video starts, you can see Dr. P pushing the tweezer against the man’s skin so that the pesky black dot is in between the device’s tips, and a dark chunk of keratin (dead skin debris) and oil starts to peek out.
Before you know it, Dr. P brings the tips of the tweezer together, locks onto the glob, and and then pulls it out in one swift motion. And she does it over and over and over again.
With every push and pull, the extractions get more and more satisfying. At this point, I bet you’re internally cheering every time she plucks out a blackhead in one full-swoop (at least I was). “We’re getting good at pimple porn,” the derm says while working her tweezer magic.
As the clip comes to a close, it transitions to slow motion so you can really see every single second of Dr. P effortlessly pull out a hefty string of gunk, as if plucking a very thick (albeit quite goopy) hair.
IDK about you, but I think I need to go buy some of those blackhead tweezers now.
