What to try: V-sits will target your abs, obliques (waist muscles) and hip flexors while improving balance and posture.
Lie on the floor on a mat and extend your arms above your head and legs out straight.
Keeping your legs straight, bring hands and toes up towards the ceiling to touch each other, so you are balancing on your lower back.
Lower down, then tap your hands and feet to the floor. Repeat three sets of ten, three times a week.
