Jenna Jameson Just Shared A Bikini Photo With A Surprising Message About 'Swimsuit Season'

  • Jenna Jameson shared a new transformation Tuesday photo on Instagram for “swimsuit season.”
  • Jenna posted a photo of herself before the keto diet and another after she lost 80 pounds on the keto diet.
  • Jenna, who started the keto diet in April 2018, says she wants women to know they are “f*cking perfect” the way they are.

Jenna Jameson started the keto diet around this time last year—right before “swimsuit season.” This year? Jenna is sharing what she really thinks about fitting into a bikini come summertime.

In her newest transformation Tuesday post, Jenna tackles the idea of being swimsuit-ready. “Here’s a bit of advice that can be a hard pill to swallow,” she wrote in the caption. “It’s almost swimsuit season, and I wholeheartedly believe in embracing what you’re working with and stop feeling ashamed about your current body type.”

To go along with her body-pos caption, Jenna shared a before-and-after photo of herself. In the first, Jenna is at her pre-keto weight in a teal bikini and coverup; in the other, Jenna is 80 pounds slimmer wearing a leopard print swimsuit.

Here we go! #transformationtuesday ?? here’s a bit of advice that can be a hard pill to swallow. It’s almost swimsuit season, and I wholeheartedly believe in embracing what you’re working with and stop feeling ashamed about your current body type. For all of us women, it’s SO difficult to participate in “swimming activities for fear of judgement from others. Looking back, I wish I wouldn’t have skipped out on beach days when I knew I’d see friends, or when I’d wear a full length sun dress to the pool. I remember feeling anxiety walking around the pool after Batelli, knowing my cellulite was shaking. But I guarantee you no one cared, only me. I hope that you realize you’re beautiful and your effort to get healthy doesn’t go unnoticed. So, yes, take this health journey with me, but also know that you’re fucking perfect the way you are! #beforeandafterweightloss #cleanliving #intermittentfasting #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #keto #ketotransformation #beforeandafter

Jenna continued: “For all of us women, it’s SO difficult to participate in ‘swimming activities’ for fear of judgement from others,” she wrote, adding that now, she wishes she hadn’t “skipped out on” going to the beach to see friends, or worn “full-length sun dress[es] to the pool” before her keto weight loss.

At the time, Jenna felt differently about her body. “I remember feeling anxiety walking around the pool after Batelli, knowing my cellulite was shaking,” she wrote. “But I guarantee you no one cared, only me.”

Jenna ended the post with her usual words of wisdom: “I hope that you realize you’re beautiful and your effort to get healthy doesn’t go unnoticed,” she wrote, talking to her tons of keto followers. “So, yes, take this health journey with me, but also know that you’re f*cking perfect the way you are!”

Can I get a slow clap for this one?
