- Kim Kardashian just showed off her toned abs while dressed as Elle Woods from Legally Blonde for Halloween.

- Kim lifts weights with her personal trainer six days a week and does a little cardio.
Kim Kardashian just unveiled her Halloween costume for 2019, and she nailed it as only Kim K. could. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star unveiled two different looks channeling Elle Woods (a.k.a. Reese Witherspoon) from Legally Blonde. After all, she is is working on getting her law degree.
In the first photo, the SKIMs founder is rocking an all-pink, slinky dress complete with feather pen, Tiffany’s necklace, pink shades, and a pup mimicking Bruiser (Elle’s Chihuaua) in her purse.
And her second look basically broke the Internet. Kim’s wearing a green sequin bikini, mirroring the one Elle wore in her admissions video to Harvard.

“Legally Blonde,” she simply captioned her post.
While the costume is genius, Kim’s body stole the show—especially her toned AF abs. And for good reason—she puts in some serious work.
The reality TV star and beauty mogul sweats it out at the gym with her trainer Mel Alcantara (a.k.a. “Fit Gurl Mel”), who has Kim on a strength training sched.

“We’re back in the gym heavy! I would say every 6 months I take two weeks off from lifting. Sometimes you just need a break to recharge and chill but then I miss it so much and feel so good to be back at it 🏋🏽♀️.”
In fact, Kim barely does any cardio. Alcantara previously told Women’s Health, “We don’t go crazy on the cardio. 85 percent of our training is weight training, and the other 15 is made up of cardio.” That weight training is split up over six days a week, for an hour to an hour and 45 minutes, depending on the day. The duo focus on Kim’s abs, leg and butt, chest and triceps, and back and biceps throughout the week.
“Two days out of the week we’ll do steady-state cardio, so just walking at a steady pace on the treadmill for usually around 20 minutes,” Alcantara adds. “Nothing getting the heart rate too high.”
Well, whatever Kim’s doing to get that sculpted core, it’s clearly working.
