Ted Sanderson, 14, passed away suddenly at Woodham Academy in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, on Tuesday.
He was taken to James Cook University Hospital but medics could not save him.The cause is not yet known.
Ted loved music, fishing and shooting and lived with his dad Eddie, gran LynnWilson and grandad Keith. Lynn said: “He was a gorgeous boy…so much fun.
“Before he went out I said: ‘I love you, have a good day’ and he said, ‘I love you Nan’.”
