Lisa Shaw, 44, passed away just over three weeks after her first dose, an inquest heard. The mum of one had suffered a headache which drove her to her local A&E in Durham, where she was diagnosed with a blood clot.

She was then transferred to Newcastle’s Royal Victoria Infirmary.

Despite treatment, including cutting away part of her skull to relieve pressure, the BBC Newcastle star died on May 21.
